Burnout Paradise Game Review:
The gradual process of mutation of the Burnout series led this arcade game to singularly closer to Need For Speed, became his cousin since the handover between Acclaim and Electronic Arts. So much so that today, the principle of open city abandoned by one is recycled by the other. Welcome to Paradise City, a kind of wild area where your license you will not be sweet for speeding. And that’s good.
Hard not to draw parallels between Burnout and Need For Speed as Paradise reuses with more or less success key elements of the other franchise from Electronic Arts. In this new installment, the player is propelled into a fairly large city that houses an events of all kinds mine. Paradise City is however not so different that environments already traveled in Revenge and Dominator particular, and no one misses not even pump back some Need For Speed Most Wanted. If the developers truly innovative speech gave the impression that Burnout benefit of the transition to next-generation consoles to take some risks at this level, the reality is different. But deja vu visual, enhanced by a motor already perfectly well in his sneakers, is not necessarily displease the faithful of the series, reluctant to abrupt changes. And when the following technical power, through a quite impressive animation speed and modeling extremely extensive damage, one can only bow and enjoy the scenery. Between two crashes.
