Gran Turismo 6 Game Review:
After the indisputable and undisputed success of the first four episodes, Gran Turismo 5 had marked a small setback in the usual excellence to which the series had accustomed us. Gran Turismo does happen to reach new peaks? Gran Turismo 6 is primarily a story of completeness. Before dwelling on the game modes, we must first remember that we are before a title that offers almost 1,200 cars and 38 circuits (for a hundred strokes, counting however reversed). Say it’s a lot is an understatement: it’s huge. True, it can take in the pile of “duplicates” mean by that barely modified versions of other cars (especially among Japanese brands), but that does not stop to recall the main force of the series.
When it comes to driving, Gran Turismo 6 is in continuity and provides a result rather close to the previous game, which is far from a bad thing. Note however some improvements, notably concerning suspensions and mass transfer. Good feelings that find better behind the wheel than the handle (as almost for all the sensations actually). So, the regulars will have to learn to rework their curves, especially when it came to pass on the curbs. Indeed, the loss of adhesion in these cases is much greater than usual, which may be worth a few grand heads and runway excursions to more foufou. Consider also that the weather can have a significant influence on driving. Including rain (or moisture from the generally track) will be particularly treacherous. The opportunity to recall that the management of climatic conditions has been revised to the point that take into account these elements may prove crucial to win his races.
